According to the information you provided with the tracking number the USPS shipping is still waiting for the client to give them the package there is no tracking information so the item was never delivered PayPal close the the dispute without even reviewing the case this was purchased February 23rd and they claim it was delivered March 31st but it shows it was shipped April 23rd and the US PS indicate they're still waiting on the package according to my Paypal account
