I setup my website to receive payments from Paypal, but I put the wrong email address in. I have had numerous purchases using that wrong email address. I cannot issue a refund because I don't have access to that email. The email that was wrong is not used by anyone so the payment did not go anywhere. I tried adding the wrong email on my website to paypal but for some reason paypal will not let me enter CustomerSupport@... as a new address.
