Wrong Delivery Package - send back to banggood

My package from banggood was first delivered to wrong address and then the guy return it to post office and the post office send it back to china.

But in banggood ordered page it shows delivered. I contacted banggood via email, chat, Facebook, phone but they don't answer me. I have open a dispute here on PayPal but surprising, PayPal closed it in favor of banggood. PayPal didn't even bother to click on the tracking number to see what is going on. I have no idea what to do, No one answer me. Any help would be appropriated?

Please contact customer service to speak with dispute specialist and explained what happened, you will need to get official documentation from USPS that the address on the delivery is not your address to begin with and what consequently happened:

 

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

Stop buying from these types of sites. They are a train wreck. Stick to real US retailers or ones with a proven track record.
