Us too. We received a call from PayPal and they told us that something is wrong with their system and to basically keep trying every day! Like we hadn't been doing that already! This is super frustrating it could destroy our business right now! Seriously PayPal needs to fix whatever is wrong with their system. They told us that the system was disapproving everyone that was applying. He said he would be calling us back when he figured out what was going on and he has not called back yet that was like 5 days ago.
