Declined Code 602. So Ive been declined for 3 months. For giggles I decided to try many different industries and all were declined. When I spoke to someone they said my "industry" was ok. None if it makes sense.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
