Working Capital Loans - Anyone had success recently ? Error code DLGJ0611

Ive been here before but a long time ago with a different code - has anyone had a Working Capital loan recently and has anyone had the code DLG10611

I have had no success. I have been trying for 2 months, my code is DLGJ0644. I sell only on Ebay, and am not yet on managed payments.

I have had 4 previous loans and last time it took forever and Paypal just suggested to keep trying but it would be nice if we knew what the codes meant.

I sell with Ebay and elsewhere - ive not signed up for Ebay managed payments as Ive never had issues with Paypal so dont know if i will change - probably not.
