Please can someone help me to understand what is happening with PayPal working capital during this period where I cannot work and unable to make my regular payments?
If you have a current PayPal Working Capital advance, please log into your account and click on Working Capital. This will take you to the Working Capital dashboard where you will see an option to request relief, pausing repayments for 30 days.
I'm sorry you're not seeing that option. If you have an active PayPal Working Capital loan you should see the option to request relief, when you view the PayPal Working Capital dashboard.
