I just sent out reminder notices for the first time and they say "Please pay your invoice" This is a nonprofit 501 c3 club so I would rather have it say "Just a Friendly Reminder" . Renewing their membership is a choice. The other sounds a little harsh and I don't want to offend anybody. How can I change this?
