I have the Woo Commerce Subscription plug in with PayPal Standard. It works fine, unless someone wants to make a change. The merchant account used lets changes to the subscription happen. There is a lot of literature on the limitation, which is fine. My question is if I upgrade the PayPal account to use their full merchant services, can people still use their PayPal (non-credit card) account for subscriptions and can they then make changes to their subscription without it going into manual payments?
