Hi,
I am not a seller but a contractual worker who had been using Paypal as a mode of payment. Why would Paypal hold my funds when I have been using this service for more than 90 days now and I am not an eBay seller?
Same problem here, nobody's answering anywhere.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
