Hello,
I just paid off my first PayPal Working Captial on the 6th then I had to wait until today (June, 10th, 2019) for the pending payment to clear which is fine but now that the payments have cleared and the balance is at 0 I wanted to re-apply as it is a great program and helps my business operate. With that being said I have just spent the last 3 hours trying to find the dang apply button yet I cannot find it and even tried the click the email it sent to "Re-apply" but it just sends me to the dashboard again.
Help?
