Hi,
I have a site in WordPress and I have set up PayPal express. When the person selects Costa Rica for the order, PayPal displays the checkout page beautifully:
Costa Rican checkout, all cool
When the user selects México, they are required to create an account:
PayPal Mexico - forced to create account
These two tests are done with the same base image, so the ONLY thing that is different is the country.
I don't want users to the site to be forced to create a PayPal account if they are paying by credit card - can this be avoided at all for Mexico? Why is PayPal being so racist? </joke>
