I've actually seen a couple of people asking this, but there was never an answer and they ended off closed without a solution.
When I try to login and go to PayPal Tools/Buttons and choose an existing button and select the 'Create Similar Button' option, I get the error:
We're sorry, you don't have permission to complete this action. For more information, contact the person who controls your account.
This is a work account and the admin can give me permission but we don't know what permission I need to be able to do this!
We tried 'access APIs and developer support' but that doesn't help and I get the same error.
