What is the process to get approved as a PayPal partner for B2B solution

I filled the form last week but did not get any response yet.

Calling any of the sellers onboard API will return 'NOT Authorised' as a clear indication my account was not approved yet.

Any one went through the process of becoming a PayPal partner, and can enlighten me with more details about the process?
