I used paypal merchandise system to sell my mobile and the buyer was supposed to pay me $390, but paypal made an error so he made the payment of $550.
The problem is the buyer asked me to help him by getting him $160 of stream cards but I don't know what stream card is.
Can anyone tell me what stream card is?
