I have a premier account for many years. I developed recently secure payment buttons which I generate and encrypt dynamically to support variable costs of some products. I also use IPN for the finalization of the transaction and perform any further required activities. Till up to 2 months ago when I finalized the required parameters, everything was accessible from my paypal account, the merchant tools where I could see and adjust anything required. I tried to go to my merchant tools today for an inspection over the generated IPN history and I can't find any link to the merchant tools from within the account and the one link I found "Merchant services" just takes me to this https://www.paypal.com/gr/webapps/mpp/merchant where I can't do anything related to adjusting my merchant settings. What has happened to my merchant tools???? How can I access the tools I need and use?
