Would someone inside PayPal please take this message and go congratulate the genius who came up with the concept of PayPal Working Capital! This is the most innovative funding concept in a century. Kabbage sort of started a similar idea, but PayPal turned it into an incredibly easy method of borrowing small or large amounts of money quickly and painlessly. I just want to slap someone on the back and say BRAVO!
