Website vs Mobile Payments: Website works, Mobile doesn't

I understand this seems like an old issue - however I've not found anyone that has a resolution.
On our website through Desktop, Laptop, non-mobile means PayPal checkout works fine. Via Mobile, I've recieved reports of not working at all, or being greeted with an unauthorized token issue.

 

Does anyone have any insights? Using PayPal Payments Standard.
