I have set my payment confirmation redirect to a specific URL on my website and turned the feature "on", however, buyers only see a pop-up stating "payment Completed by "customer name"" and the webpage does not change from the PayPal Checkout page. The transaction itself completed but buyer is not redirected properly. I confirmed that I have the correct redirect/landing page populated in the URL field and the feature is turned on. Any ideas on what may be happening?
