Hello. I'm trying to set up Virtual Terminal. I'm based in HK.
An error message comes up: "you don't have access to Virtual Terminal. Please enable it through Profile".
I have gone round in circles in Profile but am at a loss as to how to access it this way. I'd appreciate anyone's advice.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
