Virtual terminal not working

Today, I have not been able to make any virtual terminal transaction go through.  It keeps saying that PayPal cannot process the transaction right now, then it declines.  Is anyone else having the same issues?

Is it happening with all cards that you try, or is this just one order/card that you're having this issue with?

It was happening with all of the cards that I tried but it only happened for 2 days.  Its working normally again.  Thanks for stepping up and trying to help.  Much appreciated!
