Since yesterday, every time I try to access the virtual terminal, I get an error message stating "Failure of server APACHE bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF."
We have used the virtual terminal weekly for the last 8 years and have never had this issue. Any suggestions?
