We reactivated our Virtual Terminal after a period of inactivity. Had to file a new Application, which was Approved. Did a test transaction for $ 1.00 that went through. We switched the Virtual Terminal to Classic View, which was available. The VT box in the lower left of our Home screen then disappeared. The VT Widget is showing in the Quick Links Section, but when we click on it, the page refreshes and returns to as before. The Virtual Terminal application does not start. Please help!
