Virtual Terminal Page unreachable

I am having problems reaching Virtual Terminal, it gives the following message

"Failure of server APACHE bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF."

Is anyone else getting this?

Thanks for reaching out on our Community Forum. This sounds like you're running into an error we are currently tracking. I'd recommend reporting this error on www.paypal-support.com . Once you're on that page, click Contact us at the bottom of the page, Log in with PayPal, then fill out the information in all the required fields. Once you report the error there, you'll receive updates on that issue and any expected resolution time-frames.
