Using Venmo in the Sandbox

When I'm in the sandbox and checking out with the Venmo button on my phone, it goes to PayPal to log me in, not Venmo. It should be going to Venmo, right? I'm using SmartButtons, do I need to update my configuration in the dashboard or somewhere else?
