I'm managing a website for a nonprofit. They would like to have me create a Donate button for their website. They want to give me access to https://www.paypal.com/buttons/ page under Tools to go through the process of creating their Donate button. We don't believe we need to go through the Developer's API for this process.
What user access would the business need to provide me as a user to be able to create a Donate button? So far we have tried See Account Settings, Access Marketing Tools, and Access APIs and developer support site. All of these permissions say I don't have access to create a Button through the Tools section.
