Useless Customer Service

We are a non-profit with a PayPal link on our website for donations.  Donors have notified us that PayPal is letting them know that the donations are not being processed, but we don't know why.  I have spent literally 4 hours on hold over three different calls trying to reach customer support.  On my last call, after waiting 50 minutes, they hung up on me.  This morning, I tried the call back option and was on hold for an hour and forty minutes before I gave up.

Does anyone have any suggestions on getting any real "Customer Service"?

I feel your pain.  The website is useless too.  The "Contact Customer Service" page has no way to actually contact customer service.  I'm surprised you even found a phone number.

THEY CLEARLY THINK WE'RE ALL AN ANNOYANCE TO THEM AND DON'T WANT TO HELP.

IT'S A DISGRACE
