Unauthorized payments on my account

I logged on one day and saw that I couldn’t log on so I made a new password. Then I log on finding 4 payments that I totally didn’t do myself. I made a dispute about the purchases and PayPal sent me an email denying my request and now I can’t make another dispute to get my money back. What could I do to get my money back? This is really frustrating because this costed me 30+ dollars that I can’t get back.
