Hi everyone:
I just made a business account in order to use with ko-fi.com, a website that allows people to send donations. I didn't realize I needed to enter my business information to confirm the Paypal account at first.
I had been sent around $15 worth of donations already, which aren't showing up in my Paypal, so I went and entered the information in paypal ie. business registration number, address, directors, etc, then the account was confirmed and I began receiving new donations that were sent on that day, but the donations from before I confirmed my account aren't showing up still.
Is there anything I should do? Do I just wait for them to show up, or did they get bounced back to the sender because my account wasn't confirmed?
