Unable to link Bank Account in my PayPal

Hi, Since last month I have been trying to link my bank account with Paypal account. But I am unable to do so. It is showing the following alert,

"Sorry, we’re unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank."

I have tried with my another bank account, but I am facing the same problem!

Please help me. I want to integrate Paypal into my website.
