Unable to accept payments from Indian Customers

Hi,

 

I have a Shopify store. Initially, I have a base currency in USD so PayPal told that they can't accept payment from Indian customers in INR. So, I changed my base currency in Shopify store to INR but PayPal is still not accepting payment from Indian customers.

 

Please give me the solution.
