Unable to Capture Payment

Our PayPal is linked to our Shopify store. For orders June 20 - June 30, we only processed it yesterday, July 9. We were surprised to find that some transactions are no longer able to be "captured". We tried it both in Shopify, and even directly in PayPal.

 

The error says: "Capture Failed: Transaction rejected. Please contact the buyer."

 

What can we do?
