Actually I don't think the URL is incorrect...
I have a website - https://qmsdemo.com. One of the features is to submit payment using a paypal account. When setting up the paypal button I added payment success and payment fail URLs for the button to use.
The very first time (and only the very first time) the paypal feature is used - the callbacks do not appear to find their target and report the page as unfound (it shows up as a session time out - but it is really page not found). After the first fail - try again and everything works fine. This is what leads me to believe the URL's are fine - but what is it that is wrong.
Any ideas?
