I purchased goods from a website. After they completed my purchases and done charging my Paypal credits, the website is no longer working. Then, they cancelled my entire purchase without giving my money back. I have no way to contact the seller since the email address is not valid. What can I do to get my money back? and will Paypal issue the refund for my Paypal credit?
