I am a merchant using PayPal Here and want to subscribe for transaction reports, but I don't find any way to do so, or any information concerning how. I need to have reports so I can file my quarterly sales tax without yanking out my hair, and also my end of year taxes.

There is no subscription for receiving reports. You can download these in your PayPal account. You can select the timeframe and choose the options fo how you want to download these. The next link might help.
We must be talking about two different things. I go to Reports - Transactions - Transaction Detail - and this is what I get: "You're not subscribed to the daily Transactions detail report."
So I'm either ignorant or some detail and missing something or I need to subscribe somewhere.
