This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions
We have started to receive this message in the live environment :- "This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions" Nothing has changed our end. I created a ticket with MTS but have had no reply. This started after contacting Pay Pal regarding the monthly subscription for Pro. Someone at Pay Pal cancelled the subscription! I contacted Pay Pal again, they apologised and re started the subscription. Ever since pay pal pro payments fail. This has cost us lost sales!
