I continue to get this "ERRORCODE-60017" message when attempting to ship international surface. I have shipped to this customer previously with no problem, now this **bleep** is back.
The item is low value plastic model and everything in the input is correct yet no go with pay for shipping.
I'm getting this same error all day long. I've never seen this one before. Is there a workaround? I have tried reaching support & am waiting to hear back from them. But I really NEED to ship my ebay orders via Canada Post! I havd tried searching for a possibke fix or what the error code is referring to but have had no success. Anyone who has encountered this before & knew a fix for it, please get in touch. Thanks very much!
