When we have an order on our website where the customer buys a ½ yard increment and uses PayPal. The ½ yard gets dropped off the $ amount that PayPal covers. I have emailed PayPal twice and I have sat on hold for over an hour to try to get this fixed. Why does the yardage get sent to PayPal, and not just the $ amount. Is there a setting in our website that can be adjusted?

I don't have an answer for you but do ask when and IF you would ever get an QUALITY ANSWER from PayPal that you would share with the world.. Seems PayPal has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the industry and also worse then the HOSPITALITY industry which is in the TANK ....
PayPal needs some good competition...
