I sent someone a text receipt through PayPal Here. Is their a way to retrieve the phone number I sent it to??

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community. 

If you check the Transaction Details page for this transaction, you may be able to see the phone number that the receipt has been sent to. You could also try this through the PayPal Here app and this should help.
