Taxi driver

Hi I’m a taxi driver and used PayPal here app and reader with no problems for 18 months. I had customer today took payment as usual and my reader was stuck on processing but customer shown me money had gone out there account. Ive had no confirmation email and transaction is just showing as a draft.

Thanks for reaching out. Sometimes this can happen if there's a poor or intermittent internet connection. In order to take a further look, I would recommend reaching out to us through either Facebook or Twitter, or you can always go to the bottom of any PayPal page and click "Help" or "Contact."
