I've seen information online about using the link on the email tab when you create a PayPal button in order to integrate it into Google Forms. The docs here suggest that you should be able to do that; you just want to make sure you want to use a hosted button for security. I have that option selected, but no email tab shows up for me.

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever find a solution?
I created two buttons - one with a drop down menu, and with with only 1 price option. The one with a drop-down menu did not give me an "email link" but the one with only one price did... perhaps that is the issue?
However, a few months ago I created a button with multiple price options, and was able to get an email link then, so I'm not sure if something has changed, or if there is just a system error on PayPal's side....?
