When I login I receive the message: "Your PayPal integration does not meet TLS 1.2 PCI encryption protocols. Upgrade your PayPal integration to TLS 1.2."
My webhost, Hostgator, says that all of their servers meet these requirements. All of my emails to Paypal receive automatic responses, none which address this issue. How do I get them to unlock my account?

You may want to contact Tech Support, on this page, at the bottom there's a link "Contact Support", on the next page, login to your account, then you can submit a Support Request.
