Hi want to set up a on-line support group dedicated to helping those with C.V.D including Diabetes, Stroke etc would i be able to use paypal for this type of account & would I have access to an account number plus sort code in order to receive donations apply for grants & make direct payments etc

Anyone can open a paypal account and receive paypal payments as long as its available in their country (and you haven't said what country you are in).

You don't have an account number, your paypal email address identifies your paypal account and is all someone needs to send you funds.

Or you can open a paypal.me link....again if available in your country.
