I've set up subscription for a customer who requested to be automatically deducted for the services that I deliver every two weeks. I think it was set up well, but I've noticed that I haven't received any payment after two weeks. Upon checking the dashboard, it is active and everything looks fine. But still, why haven't I received any payment?
