Subscribe button - We're sorry, things don't appear to be working at the moment"

Hi Paypal guys,

I created sandbox Subscribe HTML button to process recurring payment.

But when trying to process payment via this button. I got the message in the result page.

"We're sorry, things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

Inspecting browser, I got 400 response code from this request

Does anyone face same problem with me? Please give me your help.
