Streamlabs donations not received

I was streaming on twitch through Streamlabs and I received over $10,000 in donations, but they are not in my paypal account?

Have you added USD currency to your UK paypal account?

Yeah I have, but when added, I was told that it may take between 1-5 working days, so thank you 🙂
