Something went wrong

Has anyone received the message, "Something went wrong" when trying to link with their storefront and accept credit card payments.  I'm stuck at PayPal's page:  and can not go forward or complete the link.  There is no indication on the page as to what is wrong or if a change needs to be made.  This is extremely frustrating since I'm a small business and not able to accept credit card payments.

Any advice on how to fix or who at PayPal to speak with for help?
