So after the sellers response to a claim.......

I am unable to submit any evidence of a faulty item , I had photos but could not upload , The seller responded to me claim and it went straight to review without asking me for a response to that reply! This is bad procedure by Paypal  and There is not even a link or email address for me to contact Customer Service. If this is not found in my favor Paypal will lose another customer!
