I'm currently setting up a website for a client but when I tested the Paypal Express checkout it keeps on ending with this URL:
https://www.paypal.com/checkoutweb/genericError?code=UEFZTUVOVF9ERU5JRUQ%3D&cancelLink=&merchantName...

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
