Hi Paypal Experts,
Good day! I'm from Philippines. Please help, I don't know why my customers always encounter this issue "Sorry, we can't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." even though they entered their payment details correctly. They already tried repeatedly but to no avail. I integrated my Paypal email with my Shopify store. Anyone who knows how to solve this issue? Thanks!
